If you find out snuggs don't suit you for any reason, you can return or exchange them within 60 days of delivery.
Return/ exchange a purchase

Pack and ship
Once you have filled out the form, please pack the goods and send them to the address below. Please enclose the order number and the name you provided for the order. Please note that you'll cover the return shipping costs.

All items must be in the original packaging, unworn, unwashed, with all labels still attached, and without any stains or odours.
We will process your request as soon as the returned goods arrive safely back at our warehouse.
Your money will be refunded to the original form of payment. Processing the refund may take up to 14 days, counted from the day we received the returned goods.
You can choose the new products you want to receive in exchange on the registration form. If there is a difference in the final amount, we will inform you via email.
We will send your new order as soon as possible.
How do I file a claim for defective goods?
If snuggs do not suit you for any reason, you have received faulty goods, or the goods show signs of damage after a short period of use, you can let us know via the form below. Describe your experience and attach a photo of the faulty product so we can solve the problem to your satisfaction :)
