What will you be doing at snuggs?

• Bookkeeping of all transactions (issued invoices, purchase invoices, bank transactions, cash register transactions, travel expense reports etc.)
• Balances and accounts reconciliation
• Manage monthly and yearly closing
• Cooperate with tax advisor
• VAT return, Control statement, Intrastat statement and other statutory reporting
• Invoice flow handling and cooperate on invoice flow digitalization implementation
• Communicate with external payroll accountant

We are looking for someone who has...

• Advance knowledge of CZ GAAP
• Practical knowledge of ecommerce accounting (payment gateway, other platforms integrations etc.)
• Understanding of management accounting
• Experience with VAT returns and other statutory reports
• Intermediate level of English (communication with colleagues)
• Be able to work in Google Workspace (Google spreadsheet etc.)

Junior/medior, full-time

We build our brand on expertise, dignity, and kindness to the environment. Last year, we entered German, Slovak, Austrian, and Dutch markets. This year, we are launching sales in other countries.

We are looking for an E-commerce Specialist with a solid understanding of e-commerce, a basic e-commerce toolkit, and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. A new colleague will be working alongside our Head of E-Commerce & Growth and will directly contribute to company's future growth and success across Europe.

What will you be doing at snuggs?

• Working with our website administration and working with our products, apps, subscriptions and other tools (over time, as you improve, we'd like to give you more complex & creative tasks)
• Helping us launch new market and locations
• Managing communication and third-party information with agencies and support at various key platforms, such as Facebook and Google
• Assisting with go-to-market strategy for new locations
• Identifying and implementing better solutions to improve the website's performance
• Running cross-company projects of all kinds
• Performing small operational graphics or copy editing tasks
• Taking over agenda of the translation team and language mutations later on

We are looking for someone, who...

• Has 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce
• Has technical and technological proficiency (you can work with basic online tools such as Slack, Asana, Figma)
• Experience working with Shopify is a big advantage
• Speaks English (min. B2), ideally with a combination of German or very good Czech language
• Is proactive, driven, and has the ability to work independently
• Wants to learn from working directly with the management of the company and has big goals for themselves and their team

Full-time, onsite

We are currently seeking a motivated and proactive colleague with experience in the e-commerce field to join our finance team as a Financial Controller. In this role, you will play an important role in the management of our financial plan, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and other financial processes.

What will you do at snuggs?

• Be responsible for updating, ensuring correctness, and overall management of the Group's Financial Plan;
• Collaborate on the preparation and implementation of Data Governance;
• Take responsibility for budgeting and forecasting processes, including preparation, coordination, and data collection;
• Evaluate group performance based on financial and non-financial metrics, meeting targets, etc., and develop evaluation methods;
• Participation in the cash flow planning (both short and long term);
• Collaborate on changes across the whole group;
• Provide ad hoc reporting as required;
• Prepare reporting for investors;
• Collaborate with the Head of Finance and COO.

What do we need from you?

• Proficient in working with spreadsheets;
• Ability to find effective solutions for data processing;
• Responsibility;
• Intermediate level of English (communication with colleagues);
• Experience with Controlling/FP&A from a small-medium-sized e-commerce project is an advantage;
• Experience with Business Intelligence (BI), SQL is an advantage;

We’re expanding our influencer marketing team and as a data-driven company, we’re looking for business-oriented marketers to join our global team. The majority of the campaigns that we launch are performance-based, with a strong focus mainly on ROI, CAC, and CPM. What will you be doing at snuggs?

• Ownership for delivering results on DACH markets
• KPI tracking & analysis
• Implementation and reporting of performance influencer campaigns
• Negotiating and building relationships with prominent influencers and agencies
• Identifying new and emerging social media trends, influencers, and best practices on an ongoing basis
• Create briefings, content, and campaign messaging
